We follow the cycle path to Bury via Elton Reservoir. From Bury we take the Kirklees Trail to Greenmount. We follow the reverse route to get back to Bolton. Some sections of this route are on gravel tracks. We will have a short café stop at Greenmount. Please bring a helmet, spare inner tubes and a water bottle given the potentially hot weather.
