Bournemouth Pier to Shore Road Sunset Ride

A gentle social ride along the Promenade from Bournemouth Pier to Shore Road Poole and back. This ride is largely traffic free and is low speed, no one gets left behind! There are lovely views of the Beach and Poole Bay during the ride. We stop for 10-15 minutes at Shore Road to enjoy the view and then return to Bournemouth Pier.
Safety: This is not a particularly hazardous ride, but you do ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own actions. Pedestrians have priority on traffic free sections and there is a maximum speed in these areas of 10 mph. There may be some sand on the path on parts of the route.
Weather: this ride will not take place if there are strong winds (>15 mph on the BBC website Bournemouth forecast 2 hours before the ride) and/or heavy rain.
