We will head out to Box Hill trying a different route. We will go out along Micham Common direct to Hackbridge and then turn up to Carshalton Ponds. Up to Woodmansterne and across to Bandstead. Then going to Tattenham Corner and down to Headly and to the base of Box Hill. We will take our time up the hill and hit the National Trust Cafe to refresh and regroup. So for me its 20 miles to the base of Box Hill, 15 from Carshalton Beeches. Back via Chipstead village on the top, avoiding Kingswood (Outwood Lane is closed) by a cheeky little section detour. So options to leave or join by train are Carshalton Beeches, Tattham Corner or Banstead. Happy to meet you all on the way. My number is 07908209813.
