Starting point

Devon
PL16 0BX

We will leave the farm shop and climb gently onto a ridge which runs in a northerly direction. We will pass through the hamlets of Cross Green and Dubbs Cross and follow the undulations of the ridge before dropping down on a small road past a farmyard to the pretty hamlet of Halwill Mill and on to Halwill where we shall have a jelly baby stop. From there we join the A3079 for a short section through Halwill Junction before turning off to climb back up to re-join our outward route for our return.

Fancy exploring a new area? Come and join our friendly group on a steady 25 mile ride through the West Devon countryside

We will be riding on narrow West Devon country lanes with their beautiful views as well as their potholes. There will be views across to Dartmoor and over Ruby County. As the roads are narrow we stop if we need to let farm vehicles past.

We will stop for Photos and Jelly babies but will have our coffee and cake at the end of our ride

Please make sure that you bike is mechanically sound and that you carry at least one spare inner tube for your bike as well as means to inflate it. We require you to wear a helmet if you are riding with us. We will visit the farm shop café at the end of our ride so please bring cash for your tea and cake.

We never leave anyone behind
