We will meet at the bike racks at Aqua Vale leisure centre and do a gentle ride around town on quiet roads and cycle paths going via Fairford Leys, Southcourt, Elm Farm, Bedgrove and ending at the More + cafe in Broughton.
It is always advised that you should wear helmets. Bring a bicycle pump and spare inner tube in case of punctures.
