We will do the ride within the Lee Valley Park on off-road cycle trails and paths. We will go at the pace of the slowest rider. We do not leave anyone behind.
We will stop as required by the group as we go along. PLEASE BRING A BIKE LOCK
Please bring: Bike Lock, Helmet, Phone, Money for cafe (if desired), Waterproof Jacket, Spare inner tube / repair kit and pump, Water Bottle. Please come dressed for the weather conditions.
