NB: This ride series is aimed at women who have either not rode for a while and / or would like to increase their confidence. Each week the ride will be individualised looking at who books on with an intent to increase milage, speed, hills, rooad skill etc. The aim is to complete 20 miles over the series.
We will ride - canal paths, cycle paths, cycle tracks and road.
1. Road worthy bike with working gears and brakes. 2. Appropiate clothing. 3. Helmet. 4. Puncture repair kit etc. 5. Refresments. 6. Money. 7. Medicines. 8. Bike lights. 9. Face mask. 10. Hand sanitiser.
