Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Nearest Station is overground Hatch End and am happy to pick riders at the station if arriving by train.
Only book this ride if you are sure you can attend as no shows booked are annoying. We are all volunteers who are passionate getting more people confident on their bikes on roads.
You will need a working bike in order to attend these sessions. Please have your bike checked at a bike shop if you havent used it for a while as I am unable to sort any technical or mechanical problems on the day. Bring water to drink and if cold hat and gloves are advisable along with helmet and lights on your bike if dark.
