About the route
Starting point
Newton Park, Frieston Road, Timperley, near to the footbridge to Walton Road. On street parking is available.
This is an fairly flat route on cycle paths on the Bridgewater Canal and the TPT. There will also be a short section of roads when we head into Lymm for refreshments at a cafe.
We always ride at a pace to suit everyone so no one is left behind and there will be lots of time to chat with old friends and new.
Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit in case of a puncture and a bottle of water to drink is always handy. You will need some money for a drink and refreshments at the cafe. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
