Breeze into Lancashire

Want to cycle a bit further? Join me on this lovely but challenging route from the Crosby coastal path, across to Ormskirk and Rainford, before finishing at Maghull station. We will be cycling on a mix of cycle paths and roads, so you will need to be fairly confident riding in traffic. We will stop at the Inglenook Farm near Rainford for refreshments. The ride starts and finishes at railway stations on the Merseyrail Northern line, and you can take your bike on these trains, free of charge, any time of day. You will need a road or mountain bike in good condition, some water and a snack, as well as warm clothing. It's still winter! See your there.
