About the route
Starting at Whitchurch Hospital, we will cycle up through Lisvane village & then ride through the quiet lanes of Rudry. It will bring us to the famous Caerphilly mountain where we will stop at the mountain cafe at the top before descending back to start location. A challenging ride but can be done at your pace.
