Cycle confidence session with Ride with Jan at the Northumberland County Council offices in Morpeth for an hour, followed by a short easy Breezy ride (5 or 6 miles) and ending with coffee at Carlisle Park (and to still link to the notable women of the North East visit Emily Davison's grave and statue on the route).
Mix of roads, some busier getting in and out of Morpeth
Coffee at the end!
You must have a helmet and also bring inner tube if your bike needs one, water bottle and money/card for refreshments
This a perfect session for those new or returning to cycling
