Come out of the station, cross over and turn left on the pedestrian footpath leading up to a slope which takes you to the Greenway and a globe at the top. Viewtube studios are on the right. This ride is heading north along the Canals and Quietways. Follow the River Lee/Navigation at a pace suitable for the group, negotiating various bridges. Going further north to Ware / Broxbourne - single train fare back to Stratford with change at Tottenham, is approx £10, about 52 mins travel and schedule looks regular. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring waterproofs just in case.

Bring a spare inner tube, pump and any tools to assist repair of puncture. Ensure your bike is fully functioning and has recently been serviced or checked by a qualified mechanic. Check tyres are fully pressurised to correct levels.

Hybrid Bikes are hired for £5 for the session (normally 2 hours). Please arrive early to sort out hire forms and check bike is to your satisfaction.

A little bottle of water and small snack doesn't hurt!
