This route starts in Boarshaw, Middleton. We will ride along the road and through Alkrington woods, to Heaton Park. We will have a quick breather before running the Parkrun. It's then on to a well earned brew in the park cafe, before riding home. This is a challenge, but it's National Sports day so let's celebrate it in style. (This is not a race, so the cycling and running is at your leisure. There is no shame in walking Parkrun either. ) I would love you all to join me.
