About the route
The Widger Wiggle is 12.76 miles long. Starts at my house, Lower Rexton Farm (4 miles from Lifton).It goes out to Dubbs Cross, eastbound towards Ivyhouse School, past the Watersports Centre at Roadford Reservoir, over the dam and up Fry Furlong.
The Widger Wiggle features the usual farmyard pongs, intermittent fab views of Dartmoor, irritating paparazi and an inevitable headwind across the bridge at Roadford Lake.
Not a ride for complete newbies - you need to have been out at least 4 times with me but we will of course be going steady. Wet weather gear needed, water bottles and proper food before you go!
