Join me, Jane, for a gentle 20 mile country road ride from Newport Pagnell through North Crawley, Astwood, Newton Blossomville, stopping for refreshments at Emberton Country Park, then through Sherington back to Newport Pagnell.
These are reasonably quiet roads, but please bring your lights to be seen by traffic. We'll stop for photos & pause as required. Bring a water bottle & a snack if needed as the refreshment stop at Emberton Country Park is about 15 miles into the ride.
Please wear a helmet & bring a spare inner tube & pump in case of a puncture.
