Route will be selected from my menu of tried and tested local routes, will be a gently paced pedal around the local parks, trails and the occasional bit of road.
Very suitable for anyone on the Sofa to Saddle programme, distance and difficulty can be adjusted to suit the stage you are at.
WCs available at the Community Centre before and after the ride and we often have a post-ride coffee in the cafe, which is cashless.
