Breeze the VeloPark - This Girl Can/Fit Got Real

Please pay and hire any equipment at the VeloPark's Reception and then meet at the Road Circuit Plaza, VeloPark staff will be happy to direct you.
Please note the VeloPark has a carpark which you are welcome to use for up to four hours, free of charge. To get your free parking you need to enter your cars registration number at the road circuit or by the changing room lockers.
You are welcome to use the VeloPark changing facilities but need to bring your own toiletries and towel. Lockers are available whilst you're at the VeloPark.

Come and Ride the 'Lee Valley VeloPark' Traffic Free Road Circuit, as much or as little as you like, along side me, Breeze Campion/VeloPark Receptionist, Eleanor. This ride is offered in conjunction with Sport England's 'This Girl Can' and British Cycling's 'Fit Got Real' campaign.
You'll be riding around the VeloPark’s one mile road circuit, cycling's very own premium road in the heart of east London, built as part of a world class venue.
After, join me in the VeloPark's Cafe 42° for your complimenary hot drink and a chat.
The cost to ride the road circuit is £5/person and applies to riders on this ride, however the 'This Girl Can' promotion means you get a token for a complimentary hot drink and if you hire a bike/ bike and helmet you get it for the reduced cost of £8. The VeloPark have a variety of bikes so it's a ideal opportunity to try something new perhaps a road bike, dropped handlebars, or cleats! Additional hire for 'Look Keo' cleated shoes will be charged if required. Please note a helmet is compulsory to ride this road track.
