Breeze through Chipstead from Otford

The routes leaves Otford village via the High Street and Pilgrims Way West then uses the quieter Ivy House Lane through to Donnington Manor where it joins London Road (don't be put off by the name) for a nice downhill through Dunton Green. Passing straight across a few smaller roundabouts (always good practice) the route turns right up Bullfinch Lane and after a right turn descends into picturesque Chipstead with it's beautiful lake (photo optional).

Pass Chevening School then get ready for a short sharp ascent over the motorway bridge, turning right on to Sundridge Road, Eat'n'Mess cafe is soon seen on the left. The route then continues back towards Dunton Green with the return to Otford via scenic Rye Lane and a final detour through Willow Park and back on Pilgrims Way West for the return to Otford village.
