Breeze through Knole Park

Leaving Hollybush recreation ground we will enter Knole park via the hole-in-the-wall. We will then do a loop or two of Knole park sticking to the tarmac. The route is a bit undulating but is good practice without worrying about traffic also any hill can be walked if necessary.

The route leaves Knole park via the black gate heading out through Fawke Common and Godden green and down towards the Wildernesse golf club heading through one of the private roads and back up to Hollybush cafe.

A loop or two of beautiful Knole park arriving via the hole-in-the-wall and exiting via the black gate and Fawke common. Starting and finishing by Hollybush cafe.

Approximately 1/3 of the ride is in Knole Park so is mainly traffic free if a bit undulating so a chance to experiment with your gears. The rest of the route is on quieter roads and should help give the less experienced rider some more confidence with junctions and traffic.

We will stop for refreshments either in Knole park or back at Hollybush cafe depending on the consensus of the group.

Please wear helmets and suitable layers for the weather. Please check your tyres are pumped up and bring a spare inner tube if possible.
