We will start at Alvaston Park and follow the river path towards Borrowash. We will then cycle past Elvaston Castle ,along the lane which leads to Ambaston and then on to the cafe in Shardlow. On the return we will cycle through Aston on Trent and then up the hill to Chellaston. After Chellaston we will rejoin the cycle path and return to Alvaston Park.

A steady ride through quite quiet lanes and cycle paths to the newly opened cafe in Shardlow. Returning via the villages of Aston and Chellaston.

A mix of road types cycle paths, quiet lanes and some busier roads.

We will stop at the Florentine Coffee and Patisserie in Shardlow

Please wear a helmet, take a drink and bring tools in case of a mechanical. Please bring cash or a card to pay for refreshments.
