This is a ride for those who want a bit more challenge, so some hills. We climb out of Lifton to Sprytown then take a pretty, undulating minor road route past Sydnam to pick up the Coryton Valley climb up to Lydford where we join the Granite way cycle path for a short section with stunning views of Dartmoor.
From there we descend to Bridestowe and then compensate by climbing Lobb hill en route back to Lifton
