Own pace on hills, slow pedalling / re-grouping on top of climbs, and at junctions.

Looking out for each other. No one left behind.

Helmets are compulsory.

Please also ensure that your bicycle is in good working condition (bike is clean and oiled, no rattling or squeaking (annoying/ ominous...), tyres correctly inflated, brakes sharp!)

Bring along a spare inner tube if you are running clinchers (ie “regular” tyres and not tubeless tyres).
