Starts by the cafe near the Met line station and the tennis courts in Cassiobury Park, going out through Bedmond and Pimlico to Hemel and from there to Redbourn, returning on a similar route
There will be some busy sections of road but it’s mostly country lanes
We’ll stop for coffee in Redbourn at either the Pudding Stop, the Cycle Hub or the Rose Cafe
Please wear a helmet and bring inner tubes, tools and water.
