Breeze to Regent's Park, Hyde Park and Wormwood Scrubs

We met at Roundwood Park at 10.00 for a 10.15 departure to cycle around Regent's Park, Hyde Park and Wormwood Scrubs.

This is an easygoing ride - we first reach Regent's Park going through Kilburn and West Hampstead. We then move on to Hyde Park via Marylebone and Mayfair, and finally to Wormwood Scrubs crossing through quiet roads of Notting Hill. It will be a mix of regular, back roads and quietways.

We will have a break at Hyde Park for coffee and toilet. Please bring a mask for getting inside the toilets or a cafe. Also bring our bank card or mobile payment app as some toilets in Hyde Park are chargeable and are only accepting contactless payment. Have a spare inner tube and tools in case you have a flat tyre mid-ride.

Helmets aren't compulsory but highly advisable as we will be riding through normal traffic. If you develop any Covid-19 symptoms please cancel your place in the ride as there might be others on the waiting list. Please make sure that you or any other friends coming with you are signed up to the ride as the numbers are limited. Dress for the weather - it's a good idea to bring a a rain jacket and layers that you can add on or remove as we move on.

We will go at the pace of the slowest, and we don't leave anyone behind.
