A ride we haven't done for a while. A familiar route through Peckham and Walworth over Southwark bridge to Spitalfields where the Herd of Hope will be stationed along Brushfield Street to celebrate World Elephant Day

Depending on how manic it is in the area, we may have a coffee stop there or pootle back over London bridge to the sanity of Southwark cathedral café.
We'll return via the C4 and the Waterlink way.
While we use as much cyclist friendly infrastructure as possible, this is a ride into central London and there will inevitably be busy streets and tricky junctions to negotiate.
The City is pretty hostile for cyclists so this is a ride for competent cyclists, confident in urban conditions.
Given the forecast I may decide to curtail this ride and finish at London bridge for the train back to Beckenham
