Breeze to the Park - Women and Children

This is a ride aimed at Mum's, Grandma's, Aunties whoever and their Children. You will be responsible for your child throughout the ride. This is a 7 mile ride, and we will avg 5-7mph. We will be using cycle paths out of Bingham, then quiet country roads to Upper Saxondale. There will be riding on the roads, with cars passing, so children need to be confident and in control on the road. Sorry no under 5's, balance bikes or stabilisers, but little ones can come on a bike seat!!! There is a big hill, but those who can't cycle up it, can walk. Please ensure bikes are road worthy and have a puncture repair kit. Everyone needs to wear a helmet and ideally bright clothing. If its hot please apply suncream. Please also bring a drink and some snacks to eat at the park. Please remember, when signing up for the ride, you also need to sign up for your child too, as they need to be counted in the numbers, this includes children in bike seats.
