Route rating

0 stars (0) Reviews

This route takes in the New River path, a section of Cycle Route 12 through the Forty Hall Estate, Hilly Fields and Enfield Chase before rising to Trent Park and returning via the Pymmes Brook trail through Oak Hill Park, Waterfall Walk and Arnos Park.

There are a few roads at start and finish, but the route is mostly off-road cycle paths, a mix of paved and gravel.

Please wear a helmet, bring lots of water to stay hydrated, snacks if required, wear suitable clothing for the time of year and bring sun protection. Please ensure your bike is in good working order with brakes and gears fully functioning. Also make sure you carry a spare inner tube in case of a puncture.
