We follow cycle paths from Blackpill to the outskirts of Pontarddulais. We then have a short section on road to Hendy. From Hendy we follow the cycle path to Llangennech, where we will then follow the road to Penclacwydd. From Here we follow the coast path and NCR4 back to Gowerton and Blackpill. There is one hilly section on the road through Llangennech. Other 'hills' are on well graded cycle paths.

A route that takes in a mix of countryside and estuary, with not too many hills.

The route comprises a mix of shared cycle paths and road. Approx two thirds of the route is on cycle path.

We will stop for refreshments at Penclacwydd Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre, and as necessary to take a breather along the route.

Although not a legal requirement, riders are advised to wear a helmet. Please ensure that your bikes are in good working order with tyres pumped. It is always useful to carry a spare inner tube and a pump with you. We will be stopping for refreshments, so please bring money for refreshments, and carry any refreshments that you will require along the route.

We are a sociable group of ladies that never leave anyone behind. Newcomers are always welcome.
