A circular ride starting and finishing at Waring Park entrance on Birchwood Avenue. A helmet is compulsory and your bike must be in a good, clean condition and working order (thank you!). Bring a snack (eg a banana, granola bar), spare inner tube to fit your tyres, one more layer than you think you need, it's forecast to be sunny but cold and a lock may also come in handy. Please arrive by 9.35 ready for a 9.45 departure!
