Breezy Ladies B2B Totally Traffic Free Beginners "Out To Lunch" Coastal Ride :)

A Breezy Ladies B2B (Back 2 Basics) week day ride starting later in the day so we can visit one of our favourite café stops for lunch. A totally traffic free ladies only ride from Maryport Cemetery car park to Allonby tea rooms along the National Cycling Networks now fully tarmacked cycle way for an "out to lunch" ride especially designed for beginners and ladies new to cycling.

There are public toilets in Allonby and at the café if needed but not at the start/finish point. Please bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to add or remove layers work the best, a waterproof jacket, a cold drink for along the way if needed, a mask & some money or contactless card for our café stop. Please do not attend the ride if you have Covid-19 symptoms, have someone in your household who does or if you have tesyed positive on a recent Covid 19 test. Cancelling your place wont be a problem just let us know before the ride so we are not waiting unnecessarily for you, especially if its raining. All participants on a British cycling ride are now required to provide all their own equipment to comply with the government's self-sufficiency rules. So, a must is your own hand pump with the correct connection for your inner tube valve & this seasons must have cycle accessory a spare inner tube that fits your bike (just in case).
