Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the team raising vital funds to help us in the fight against heart disease. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start way before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride.

This is a great circular route from Croydon into the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a challenging route which encorporates Box Hill but the views from the top make it all worth it! The area featured prominently in the 2012 Olympics - how will you compare to the pro's!?
