Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride. In preparation for your Ride London event what better way build up your training by joining us on this guided ride looping some of Surrey's most challenging terrain.  This 50 miler follows much of the 2012 Olympic route popular with local cyclists. Roads vary from urban Kingston to single lane country tracks with plenty of opportunities to raise the pace. Along the way there are ups and downs to prep your legs for the challenge of the Box Hill zig zags.
