Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride.

A challenging route from the heart of South East London into rural Kent, and back again! After a steady climb out of built up London, through to Bromley, the buildings give way to trees and fields and it's hard to believe you're only 40 minutes from London. Please note: the route stops just short of the North Downs but there are still some extremely steep hills! Definitely a ride for those who like a challenge and the perfect preparation for your British Heart Foundation Ride later in the year.
