Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride.

This route covers some of Surrey's most challenging terrain and makes for a great day out on your bike! The fifty miler follows much of the 2012 Olympic route, popular with local cyclists. Roads vary from urban Kingston to single lane country tracks with plenty of options to go a bit faster! ALong the way there are plenty of ups and downs to give you a brilliant work out.
