Brreeze Mellow Yellow 12 Miles of Christmas

If you've got a new bike for christmas - or just some snazzy cycle socks - why not join me for a gentle ride out? Ideal for beginners or returners to cycling, or anyone who's perhaps not at their athletic peak due to the festivities. Instead, join me on a 12 mile spin to get you out of the house over the Christmas period - do you really want to stay in and eat another mince pie?

We'll head out of Brigg on a quiet road alongside the Ancholme to Cadney and then on to Howsham. You might see a heron, swans, a hare, or maybe a seal!!!

From Howsham we'll head out of the village a slightly different route back, taking in some quiet country roads before rejoining the Howsham -Cadney road, returning to Brigg.

Ideal for those looking to re-discover cycling , or try out your new bike– it's as easy as ABC! This is a very steady ride, and no one ever gets left behind!

As ever on a Breeze ride, we recommend you bring the appropriate inner tubes for your bike, tools to replace it with, a drink for the ride, and some cash.

There will be a cafe stop; I will decide nearer the time whether we go to Clayton's Corner or stop afterwards in Brigg.

If you have any specific medical requirements which may be relevant to the ride, please ensure the ride leader is aware of them at the start of the ride – feel free to have a quiet word.
