Brushstrokes and Canal & Rivers Trust Ride to Ikon Gallery and Cannon Hill Park

The ride will travel down Crocketts Lane and along the Smethwick cycle lanes to Rabone Lane where the canal is joined.
Leaving the canal at the Sea Life Centre, a short walk takes us to the Ikon from which it passes the Mailbox, along Hurst Street to join the A38 Blue route to Edgbaston.

A predominantly traffic free ride to Cannon Hill park with a visit to the Ikon gallery and the M.A.C.

This will use the canal to Birmingham, NCN 5 through Birmingham and the Blue route to Edgbaston and Cannon Hill Park.

There will be a stop at the Ikon Gallery for an opportunity to visit - https://www.ikon-gallery.org/visit. The route will continue from Broad Street to and Hurst Street to pick up the A38 Blue route and The Garden Tea rooms in Cannon Hill Park.

Helmets are advisable and a drink is recommended.
