A nice social paced ride suitable for all types of bikes and riders

A mix of back roads, traffic free routes, towpaths with some sections of main roads

Stopping at the "little green boat" cycle show in Lammas park plus anywhere else we feel like it dependant on group and weather on the day.

A puncture repair kit and/or spare tube, drinks and pocket snacks for on the bike as well as money/card to buy stuff at the park

We never leave anyone behind
