Going east acros the Ind Est then back streets to the Slough Arm then the GU canal all the way to the Hanwell flight so a very flat ride! Returning along the river Brent under the Wharncliffe viaduct passing Hanwell Zoo and St. Mary's up to Dormer Wells then back streets to reach the Paddington Arm (canal) back to Bulls Bridge then down through Cranford Countryside park to the A4 seggregatad Cycle lane past Heathrow through Longbrook, Poyle and Colnbrook to Datchet then Jubilee to Cippenham and up to Burnham and home

A nice gentle social paced ride suitable for all types of bikes and riders

A few back streets then canal towpaths and traffic free routes a few roads to link the traffic free bits

Stopping at The Fox at Hanwell flight and poss another stop on the way home.

Please bring a puncture repair kit and/or a spare tube, Drinks and pocket snacks for on the bike as well as money/cards to buy victuals at the stops
