A flat, steady road ride around the lanes and villages of West Lancashire.
Mostly quiet, country lanes and B roads.
We will stop at the Owd Barn in Bispham for refreshments about three quarters of the way round.
Please wear a helmet and be self sufficient with items to repair a puncture. Bring a snack, drink and payment method for the cafe. Dress appropriately for the winter weather.
