Meeting at Caerleon Park Car Park this is a picturesque circular route to Usk. Outward via Bulmore Road and back along Usk Road.
These are quiet(ish) country lanes and the surface can be broken in places. It isn't at flat route with around 280m of ascent in total but worth the effort, especially on a sunny day.
There is always scope for a tea, coffee and a biscuit at Morris's Garden Centre.
You are responsible for yourself and your bike, so bring your helmet, spare tubes and an emergency contact if you you can't continue.
