Start at ten pin bowling complex we head off towards lakeside then over into bessacarr heading towards cantley park via some woods at side of the cemetery. We do a circular of sandal beat woods then into old cantley we then circle around thru Branton making our way to the cafe stop in finineley the cafe hub . Our return leg takes us thru some woods then over to littleworth Rossington then around Amazon lakes and back to the start point
