Starting point

Roxburghshire
TD9 7JE

Meet at the Walled Gardens behind Wilton Lodge Park, where there should be plenty parking if you are driving to the start.

Pedal out towards Martins Bridge, turning left pedalling up to Roberton taking a left after the old Primary School. Craik should be signposted. Continue along this road passing the Snoot, a graveyard and continuing onwards. Please be careful as there are two cattle grids on this route and there also may be sheep/pheasants on the road. Once you reach Craik, you are midday. The return journey is the same and you will be rewarded with some lovely downhill but please be mindful or uneven road surface and potholes.

This is a community ride so please look out for each other and make sure nobody is left behind.

Please ensure your bike is in good working condition and the tyres are pumped up. Always wear a helmet and gloves are advisable. Please wear clothing to suit the weather conditions and carry with you any layers you might need. There are so many different types of bikes nowadays, so please have any spares or tools you might need for yours, have lights on your bike, and if you are e-bike user, then please make sure you have a full battery and if any mechanicals happen you have a back up plan to get home.
