Cannock Chase

We will be covering the family friendly easy trails at Cannock Chase, so the map does not reflect the route we will be riding. If any members of the group want to go off on other trails, this has to be at their own risk.

The trails do get very busy. The Carpark also get busy, so my advice would be to get there early. we will ensure that we have plenty of time to meet up start off. We will be starting at 10.00 am

We will be doing some of the easy family friendly trails at Cannock Chase. Please be aware the map up loaded will NOT reflect the trails we actually ride.

All of these trails are Mountain bike and unlikely to be suitable for other bike types.

We will have regular water and haribo stops. We will also finish with Coffee and Cake

Helmets are essential, no helmet no ride. All under 16's will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult A suitable bike, a spare inner tube or a puncture repair kit Drinking water Clothing suitable for the weather conditions. Given that we have had a lot of rain recently, It is likely to be muddy, I would suggest that extra shoes/socks to change into would be advisable. Money for Tea/coffee & cake. As we will likely be a good few hours, a sandwich or snack may be needed. You should be able to buy one of these, although you may prefer to take your own.
