Heading off down Station Road to Daventry and through the town centre to our first climb on the "easier" side of Newnham Hill - with a long and fast "down" of course. Onwards to Preston Capes with some more ups and downs before our stop. Heading back by Farthingstone with more climbing before a another long down to Weedon. Return via Flore and Bringtons. Pace will be 12.5mph - faster riders to stay within sight of group and wait at junctions. We will wait for everyone. Info: Geoff 07721 556904

A varied and hilly route down to Canon's Ashby

Mixture of roads. Initially some busier main roads and a bit through the town centre, but then onto quieter country roads for the rest of the ride.
