This is a HSBC UK Breeze Ride, led by women for women. Ride leaders are called Breeze Champions and are trained level 1 or level 2 ride leaders by British Cycling. They are all volunteers and hold current first aid certificates!

Firstly, let me clarify the use of the term 'challenging! - it is only fair to say that this route undulates ! All the hills are do-able, there is just a lot of them. They are characteristic of this area and we can walk them!
That said, this is a beautiful rural route out through the villages of Adisham, Ratling, Nonnington and Barfrastone to The delightful East Kent Railway Cafe. Returning via the villages of Elvington, Chillenden, Wingham Well and back to Bridge.

A lovely, rural, village hopping route which we will take at a steady, leisurely pace!

Please remember your.....
- spare inner tube, pump and tools needed if you don't have quick release wheels
- water bottle(s)
- suitable clothing
- any medications
- money for refreshments
- a contact number for a lift/assistance in case of mechanical breakdown!! (ride leaders are not trained mechanics!)

Please check your bike over before you leave for the ride eg. brakes, tyres, chain, gears etc.!!

Any questions or for further information please contact Fiona on 07414254116.
