Starting from - The starting point is a sliproad just off the A570 Rainford Bypass , close to a new Indian Restaurant called Holdi ( formerly Elephant ), ive dropped a pin on google maps where we start from and it comes up as WA117TA , close to 428 Ormskirk Road , Rainford , St Helens . WA11 7TA. WA11 7TA

A new route that intertwines some other rides , only 25 miles thereabouts but a few lumps added for good measure .

lots of back roads , a few busier roads as well as a few farm tracks and cycle paths .

This weekends food stop upto now is at The Boathouse at Carr Mill Dam

all the usual things ,ie tubes , basic tools a pump as well as a helmet and suitable clothing for the conditions.

Please make sure you can cover the distance at an average pace of 9/11 mph.
