About the route
Starting from the Car Park for Cafe Ambio, we will head into Backarrow and make our way to the village of Staveley in Cartmel. Using the cycle lane alongside the A590 we will pass through Ayside and then enjoy the gentle descent into Cartmel and then into Cark. To return we will use the B5278 and then return to Cafe Ambio for refreshments (please bring change).
