Introduction to Mountain Biking ride - nice and easy riding on farm tracks, lanes and bridleways including over Cefn Hill with some lovely views over Rhayader and the Wye valley
Open to anyone over 12. 12 to16-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult.
We will finish at the Lost Arc cafe for anyone that can stay for lunch or a cake!
Suitable for mountain bikes and hybrid bikes (and gravel bikes at a pinch....)
