We start this ride by following the Thames Path from Cutty Sark Gardens to Woolwich. We then make use of the newly refurbished Ridgeway Path, which takes us from Plumstead to Southmere Park. We cycle by the lake there and down to Lesnes Abbey to take a look at the ruins there. Brampton Road then takes us to Danson Park and we continue on to Avery Park. We then continue on to Fairy Hill Recreation Ground and Eltham Palace, where we will stop off at the Visitor Centre for a refreshment break. We then continue on to Sutcliffe Park and then return to Cutty Sark Gardens by cycling past Blackheath and down through Greenwich Park.
